One of the things I enjoy most is educating and supporting people as they navigate important life transitions. Our office regularly hosts workshops covering topics such as downsizing and buying a first home. Our newest seminar, The Senior Avalanche, is designed for the growing number of Baby Boomers turning 70 and beyond, helping them prepare for what lies ahead. We discuss whether your trust and finances are in place, what your long-term housing plan looks like, and why it's important to visit local senior communities and get on waitlists before the need arises.

My specialty is working with seniors and their families through home downsizing and estate liquidation, providing hands-on guidance from beginning to end. I help clients organize and pare down personal belongings, assess their property and its contents, coordinate estate liquidations, prepare homes for sale, manage relocation, and provide support throughout every step of the transition.

I have lived in Santa Barbara since childhood and have built a fulfilling life in this wonderful community with my husband, a successful local architect, and our two daughters.
